WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE:

FOR RETURNS Craig Taylor gladly accepts returns within 60 days of the delivery date. The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed or defective for full refund. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as it was when received. All returns will be refunded to the original credit card.

Simply complete the form. Neatly fold the item(s) and place within secure packaging.

Returns after the 60 day exchange period may be returned in exchange for a Craig Taylor Gift Card only. The amount of the Gift Card will be the current selling price of the item(s) returned.

FOR EXCHANGE Due to our changing inventory we are unable to process exchanges by return form. If you’d like to replace your returned item once your refund is processed simply go back to the website and place a new order for the item or call our customer service team at 212-334-1041.

FINAL SALE Final Sale Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS Craig Taylor gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 14 days of the retail purchase. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
